VisaPDF ("we", "our", or "us") provides a local PDF processing tool designed to help users prepare documents for visa and immigration submissions. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the VisaPDF application ("App").
1. No Personal Data Collection
We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal information.
All documents, images, and PDF files processed using VisaPDF remain entirely on your device. No files are uploaded to our servers at any time.
2. Local Processing Only
All document operations, including Compress, Split, Merge, and Image to PDF conversion, are performed locally on your device. We do not access, view, or store your documents.
3. Device Permissions
The App may request the following permissions:
- Camera - Used only when you choose to capture document images for PDF conversion.
- Photo Library - Used only when you choose to import images to create PDFs.
These permissions are used solely for the requested functionality and never in the background.
4. No Tracking or Analytics
VisaPDF does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking technologies. No behavioral data, identifiers, or usage analytics are collected.
5. Payments
One-time purchases are processed securely by Apple through In-App Purchase. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple may provide purchase status information for entitlement verification only.
6. Children's Privacy
VisaPDF is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
