VisaPDF provides document processing tools including Compress, Split, Merge, and Image to PDF conversion to help users prepare documents for visa and immigration submissions.

2. Independent Tool / No Government Affiliation

VisaPDF is an independent software tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Visa Inc., IRCC, CEAC, or any government or immigration authority.

VisaPDF does not guarantee that documents processed using the App will meet the requirements of any visa or immigration authority. Submission requirements may vary and change over time.

Users are responsible for verifying the latest official requirements directly with the relevant immigration authority. VisaPDF provides document processing tools only.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

4. Free Usage

The App may allow limited free usage (such as processing one document). Continued usage requires a one-time lifetime purchase.

5. One-Time Purchase

VisaPDF offers a one-time lifetime purchase via Apple In-App Purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation.
• The purchase unlocks lifetime access on devices using the same Apple ID.
• This purchase does not auto-renew.
• You can restore your purchase anytime from the App using Restore Purchases.
• Access and restoration are subject to Apple ID availability and Apple policies.

Prices may vary by region.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's refund policies.

7. User Responsibility

You are responsible for all documents you process using the App. Do not use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee error-free operation or acceptance of processed documents by any authority or third party.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or documents.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
